Research Focus

Dr. Elue is also an associate professor of Educational Leadership and Higher Education at Kennesaw State University. Her research focuses on grief leadership, trauma-informed leadership practices in organizational settings, and the health and well-being of historically marginalized and underrepresented populations. She received her doctorate in educational leadership from Clemson University with a certificate in Policy Studies, her M.Ed in Educational Leadership from Valdosta State University, and her bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Georgia. Dr. Elue runs the Research Lab for the Study of Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Effectiveness, and Well-Being of Educational Leaders.
